Getting to the Venue

A park-and-ride shuttle will not be available.

Spectator Parking

Spectator parking will be available at The Millrace Drive parking garage on Thursday through Sunday July 6–9. The garage is located next to the Phil and Penny Knight Campus for Accelerating Scientific Impact. Spectators will need to pay the posted rate ($5 per entry) at the garage. More information about the garage can be found at https://transportation.uoregon.edu/parking.

ADA Parking

ADA parking will be available on15th Street near Hayward Field. Parking will be on a first come, first served basis.

Bike Valet

A bike valet will be located in front of the Knight Law Center, east of Hayward Field Thursday to Sunday, July 6–9. Please see the image for the location of the bike valet, noted in red.

All wheeled modes of transportation, including bikes, scooters, strollers, etc. will be accepted. The bike valet is free to use.

Hours of operation:

  • Thursday, July 6 - Start: 1:45pm End: 10:00pm*

  • Friday, July 7 - Start: 4:45pm End: 10:00pm*

  • Saturday, July 8 - Start: 3:30pm End: 9:00pm*

  • Sunday, July 9 - Start: 3:00pm End: 9:00pm*

*Or until the last bike is picked up.

Hayward Field Venue Information

Accessing your Tickets

2023 Toyota USATF Outdoor Championships tickets have gone mobile. An instructional video explaining how to access and manage your mobile tickets, as well as an informational FAQ, can be found here. If you have difficulty accessing your mobile tickets please contact the University of Oregon Athletic Ticket Office at 541-346-8281.

The Hayward Field Box Office will open:

  • Thursday, July 6: 10:30am - 7:30pm

  • Friday, July 7: 10:00am - 7:30pm

  • Saturday, July 8: 9:00am - 6:30pm

  • Sunday, July 9: 10:00am - 6:30pm

Customers who do not have a mobile device or are not able to access their mobile tickets are advised to go to the Hayward Field Box Office, where ticketing staff will be able to print copies of your tickets.

Gates Open Schedule

Spectator gates will open at the times listed below.  Spectators should enter Hayward Field at the north end of the stadium near the intersection of 15th Ave. and Agate St. or the south end of the stadium near the intersection of 17th Ave. and Agate St.

  • Thursday, July 6: 10:30am

  • Friday, July 7: 10:30am

  • Saturday, July 8: 5:30am

  • Sunday, July 9: 10:00am

Spectators will be permitted to leave Hayward Field and re-enter with a valid ticket and a hand stamp, which will be applied on exiting the venue.

Merchandise Tent

The USATF retail tent will be located on the south concourse of Hayward Field at the University of Oregon behind sections 113-114. Customers will be able to purchase product from USATF and TrackTown USA.

The tent will be open Thursday through Saturday, July 6–9. The store hours are:

  • Thursday, July 6: 10:00am - 9:30pm

  • Friday, July 7: 10:00am - 9:30pm

  • Saturday, July 8: 9:00am - 9:00pm

  • Sunday, July 9: 10:00am - 8:00pm

Clear Bag Policy For Spectators

To enhance public safety and make stadium access more efficient, the University of Oregon has adopted a Clear Bag Policy. Fans may bring in one (1) clear bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or a 1-gallon plastic storage bag. Fans are limited to one clear bag per person, along with a small clutch or purse for privacy. Prohibited Items For Spectators

The following items are prohibited from entering the secure perimeter of the venue. This list is subject to change. The most up to date version will always be available here.

  • Purses larger than a clutch (4.5” x 6.5”) or bag including but not limited to briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, diaper bags, cinch bags, cooler bags, computer bags, camera bags, binocular case or luggage of any kind. To enhance public safety and make venue access more efficient a Clear Bag Policy will be adopted. Ticket Holders may bring in one (1) clear bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or a 1-gallon plastic storage bag. Ticket Holders are limited to one clear bag per person, along with a small clutch or purse for privacy.

  • Bottles, cans, glass containers, open plastic beverage containers (unless empty), thermos, vacuum bottles and other similar insulated containers, metal containers (including metal water bottles and aerosol sunscreen), seat cushions with pockets, zippers, compartments or covers, coolers, ice chests, alcoholic beverages, picnic baskets, food (unless medically necessary), strollers, certain banners, poles, weapons, munitions, ammunition, umbrellas, balls, frisbees, explosives, fireworks, flares and smoke bombs, drones, laser pointers, inflatable devices or any other items which could compromise public safety or disrupt the athletes or cause unreasonable interference to other spectators’ view of events or interfere with television production;

  • Any type of promotional or commercial item including but not limited to banners, badges, signs, symbols and leaflets

  • Any professional equipment or device capable of being used for the recording, transmission or dissemination by any other manner of sound, moving or still images, description or results of the Event, except for sound or video devices brought for private use (e.g. personal cell phones);

  • Any other material held as dangerous and/or not authorized by the Rules.

Spectator Code of Conduct

TrackTown USA is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all in attendance. To ensure a safe and celebratory environment, we ask that spectators refrain from the following behavior:

  • Smoking; for a healthier community and cleaner environment the University of Oregon is smoke and tobacco free. All visitors are asked to not smoke or use tobacco products on University of Oregon owned or controlled properties which includes Hayward Field and its grounds.

  • Violating federal, state, or local laws; failing to follow instructions of event personnel or law enforcement.

  • Bringing prohibited items into the venue (see list above).

  • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature; profanity or other offensive language; wearing obscene or indecent clothing (footwear is required at all times); fighting or threatening behavior; unauthorized loitering or solicitation; gambling.

  • Interfering with the progress of competition (including throwing of items or entering the competition field/track); obstructing views of other spectators or access ways (including banners, umbrellas, signs, flags); affixing signs or other materials to the venue.

  • Unauthorized recording, videotaping, broadcasting or transmission through mobile phones, radios, and other recording or transmission devices; unauthorized marketing, advertising or promotional activity.

  • Operation of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS/drones) is prohibited within a one-mile radius of Hayward Field during competition.

Failure to comply with the Spectator Code of Conduct will result in removal from the venue.

Photosensitivity Warning

Hayward Field at the University of Oregon has a modern LED field light system that features a sequence of flashing lights that may affect guests who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy or other photo sensitivities.
