Yes, all guests must have a valid ticket or accreditation to the 2025 Toyota USATF Outdoor & Para National Championships. The email used for the ticket purchase must match the email used for the room booking.

Each double-occupancy room has at least two twin-sized beds pre-set at a standard height (approximately 30-36 inches off the ground), desks with chairs, and wardrobes. The maximum occupancy for this room is two people. Access to the building is restricted to registered guests only; visitors are not permitted.

Each room has an in-room bathroom (toilet, sink, and shower). The building is accessible via elevators, as well as stairwells to the residential floors. If you have an accessibility need, please email us at accommodations@gotracktownusa.com.

Alcohol, smoking, open flames, or pets are not permitted. The University of Oregon is a smoke and tobacco-free campus.

Although the rooms do not have air conditioning, the lounges and ground floor common spaces do. Portable air conditioning units are not allowed within the residence halls. A box fan is available at check-in.

Each room has a private in-room bathroom. Full linens and towels will be in the room upon check-in, but please remember to bring your own toiletries.

Sheets, blankets, and pillows are provided, as well as towels and washcloths. No sleeping bags will be allowed. Beds are made upon arrival.

Rooms include a meal plan for each guest. Upon check-in, each guest will be given a meal card that allows access to the dining facilities at the Pacific Northwest Market, located on the ground floor of Unthank Hall. There is no refund for missed meals and the card is non-transferable. Non-residential guests may purchase additional individual meals and snacks with cash or debit/credit cards in other venues located in the Erb Memorial Union.

Guests have access to free Wi-Fi in the residence halls and on campus. Information on how to connect to the Wi-Fi will be provided at check-in.

There are laundry machines in the building. Washers cost $1.50 per use, and dryers are free.

A complimentary parking pass is included with your purchase.

Cancellation policy

Purchases of housing packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Guests under the age of 18

Guests under the age of 18 will be provided only room access and must be chaperoned in the building by an accompanying adult at all times.

Code of conduct

Guests must comply with all housing and University of Oregon policies; federal, state, and local laws; and the instructions of University of Oregon personnel.

Occupancy limits

No more than one individual may stay in a single-occupancy room. No more than two individuals may stay in a double-occupancy room.

Check-out is on Monday, August 4 by 11:00 a.m. PT.

Safety

The University of Oregon, at its sole discretion, may require the removal of any individual from University premises for bona fide health or safety reasons or require events and activities to cease if deemed unsafe or a violation of University policy, federal, state, and local law. Guests will not be reimbursed in such cases.

Assumption of risk

Guests assume all risks and dangers associated with being on the University of Oregon campus, including any bodily harm and property damage or loss incidental to being on the University of Oregon campus. Guests understand that organizers of 2025 Toyota USATF Outdoor & Para National Championships and University of Oregon personnel (the “Authorities”) cannot control all the actions of third parties and that the Authorities are not responsible for all acts or omissions of any third parties, even if the parties’ acts or omissions are in violation of these Terms and Conditions. EACH GUEST RELEASES ORGANIZERS OF THE 2025 TOYOTA USATF OUTDOOR and PARA NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS AND THE UNIVERSITY OF OREGON AND THEIR OWNERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS, AND WAIVES ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY BODILY HARM (INCLUDING DEATH) OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSSES ARISING FROM OR INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE HARM, DAMAGE, OR LOSS IS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENT ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ONE OR ANY OF THE AUTHORITIES OR THEIR OWNERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, OR CONTRACTORS, AND WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT. The release and waiver does not apply if the harm, damage, or loss is caused by the willful misconduct or gross negligence of one of the Authorities or their owner, agent, employee or contractor, in which case, the liability shall be several and limited to the Authority or specific owner, agent, employee or contractor that acted with willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Choice of law, jurisdiction, venue

This Agreement has been entered into under, and is subject to, and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon (excluding its Conflicts of Laws Rules). At the option of the organizers of the 2025 Toyota USATF Outdoor and Para National Championships, all disputes between the parties arising out of, or related to this Agreement, may be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration Hearings shall be convened in Lane County, Oregon. In the event any dispute is resolved by court rather than arbitration proceedings, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for Lane County, Oregon, or the Eugene Division of the United States District court for the District of Oregon. The prevailing party in any litigation or arbitration shall be awarded such party’s reasonable attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses incurred therein (including deposition costs) and in any appeal therefrom, and in enforcing or collecting any judgment or award rendered.
