Frequently Asked Questions

  • You can improve your Priority Ticket Access Lane by donating the cumulative value of that Lane’s donation tier. For example to move up to Lane 2 you must donate a total of $100.

  • Yes! If the total sum of each donation reaches the Priority Ticket Access threshold you will automatically be awarded that Priority Ticket Access Lane.

  • TrackTown USA is a 501(c)(3) and all donations made to TrackTown limited to the excess of money contributed by the donor over the value of goods and services provided by the organization are eligible to be tax deductible. Once you make your donation you should receive a confirmation email with a letter that can be used as proof of donation for tax purposes.

    TrackTown USA recommends consulting with a tax professional.

  • 2026 Priority Ticket Access On-Sale Windows:

    • Victory Lane — Wednesday, February 18

    • Lane 1 — Thursday, February 19

    • Lane 2 — Friday, February 20

    • Lane 3 — Monday, February 23

    • Lane 4 — Tuesday, February 24

    All on-sale windows begin at 10 a.m. PT on their designated day.

    If you previously purchased tickets for a TrackTown USA event and have a UO Athletic ticket account, please log in to ensure your account information is up to date.

    If you have not previously purchased tickets to a TrackTown USA event using a UO Athletics ticket account, please create one using the same email address you used to sign up or donate for priority ticket access.

  • The same email you use to make your donation will be used to create a University of Oregon Go Ducks/Ticketmaster ticket account. When your window opens all you have to do is log in and you will have early access to TrackTown USA events and can purchase tickets.
